We had a major leak in our basement and it was in a pipe that was both inaccessible and in between our main shutoff and the valve at property line. Marinela calmly walked me through how to get WSSC to come out to shut the water off, checked in with me throughout the process, and was able to get Chris scheduled to come out for the repair. I was prepared for a time-consuming fix, but Chris was in and out in about 30 minutes. C&C is a life saver and the only plumbing service you should call in this area! Thank you!!

When I called with my issue I was immediately told I would need to order my own parts. I explained what I thought was happening(something with the lines) and was told again that it was a "cartridge" in a 3 year old faucet. Today I paid another plumber to come look at the issue, and it was fixed within 30 minutes and had nothing to do with the cartridge, it was the supply lines.
