Chris and crew did multi-faceted job of prepping for sale, a house that belongs to our elderly father. Chris came highly recommended by our agent and we now know why. He helped to keep our costs down by perfectly matching the existing paint. He also did various handyman tasks including: lighting, window treatments, new door hardware, hood fan installation, etc. we were able to do one stop shopping and not have to deal with multiple contractors.
