Quick service, very engaged. It was a great experience
Love this place! The owner is so talented and passionate about what she does. I love that she is willing to take risks and change it up if it doesn't go as we hoped. It's super refreshing to work with someone that way and try new ideas and combinations. She takes her time and makes sure you love what she's done. The work is done carefully and lasts a really long time with quite moderate use. I've been several times now and each time I leave in love with my nails!
My hubby and I just came in for a mani-pedi. Wonderful service. Both ladies did an amazing job! Thanks so much!
I've always had excellent service and beautiful manicures and pedicures here. Staff is so friendly and accommodating . If anyone is complaining in reviews, they're clearly just one of the many KARENS of Ottawa. If they went in with a concern, it would have been rectified immediately. I would highly recommend this place!!
I had a shellac mani and pedi at this salon in February. The staff was very friendly and nice. I noticed that they only put one coat of color on (other salons I have gone to have used 2 coats) but thought that they were using a different product. My nails on my hands started chipping in 6 days while on vacation and doing nothing. The polish just fell off one of my toenails after 8 days.
