Shocked by how bad service and the quality of the shop turned out to be. I went in for a manicure and pedicure with regular polish. I took my own base and top coat polishes and regular polish! The tech began by attempting to remove regular polish with a drill. WTH. After seeing this, I halted it. I have never seen this being done with regular polish.
