Had an alternator go out while we were on vacation and had no knowledge of any shops in the Morehead City area. We Towed Van to CC Motorsports after briefly checking local reviews and talking on the phone to the ladies in the office. They immediately got to work and replaced our alternator (which had been replaced before) and communicated with our hometown shop to warranty the work that was done so we didn’t have to pay a dime for parts or labor. great crew here. I recently took my truck here for the third time and they are consistently good! Great communication and have always been straight shooters. Truck is running amazing and couldn’t be happier!
Harold was thorough and detailed. Went in for a vibration issue and he diagnosed it quickly. Explained how what the best solution and told me what to look for in the future. They take pride in their work and I will never go to another shop. The front desk also was so helpful and polite. Enjoy going here.
Amazing local auto repair shop. Jesse was communicative, friendly and reasonable. Carol is a gem and needs to be protected at all costs - she helped us from getting it towed and recommending a tow truck to getting us in and on the schedule same day!!! lol we are only going to this shop from now on.
Fixed our suburban threw another company was done quick and without hassle good job guys
