Not great. He came out a few years ago and worked on a couple small engine yard tools. Two of them worked, but one only worked while he was here. I recently called him again to come out on work on A few other yard machines. I was super confused about a message he left as he just seemed annoyed. He left me half of a message and when I called him back, he seemed like I was putting him out for calling to ask for help. Clay is the best. Been using him for years.
On time, honest and price was what he quoted.
Clay arrived when expected. He's friendly and very knowledgeable about riding mowers. Gave me good tips to better maintain my mower.
DO NOT USE! Owner is dishonest. I hired Clay to fix my lawnmower, but he did not fix properly. I had already mailed him a check before I realized my lawnmower was not fixed. I have called him 6 times, texted him, wrote 2 letters- No response. His last voice mail says he will be out till 2025 due to injury. Just because you are injured doesn’t mean you can rip people off.
