Terrible customer service! Bad communication! The sole reason he has a business is because he has a cell phone. I called about installing and a simple sensor because I am unable to get the part myself, he said sure he can install it. I specifically told him I didn’t want it installed since it was way too easy to install! He said his $180 per hour service fee was to ensure that the part would be installed and tested. Pathetic excuse of a business. Called Christian and asked him availability and he said he could get to me in an hour to an hour and a half. Quoted me $350 for an oil change and I reluctantly said that’s okay. (What a job by the way that the demand/desperation drives all your earnings) Sent Christian an address where I was. This guy is fantastic! Picked up the phone immediately and said he could be there in a few hours. In the mean time, he gave us great advice on how to fix the problem until he arrived. Over the phone he diagnosed the problem and got us up and running! Highly recommend!
