They do smile the whole time while they make false promises. Buyer beware of return shipping policy. Ordered a pair of shoes from the PDX Store. The wrong size, so I had to return them. Not only did I have to pay the return fee of $11.00, but the original shipping fee on their end will be deducted from my refund. The shoes were $149.00 so it should be free shipping on both ends as a better business practice. They offered to send a different size, and I said heck no! Why risk being out another $20.00 in shipping fees if they don't fit!
