이런 글로 감정을 소모하고 싶지는 않지만, 서비스를 받는 입장에서 아쉬웠던 점은 분명히 남깁니다. 나나이모로 이사하면서 다른 보험사와 비교 중이라는 내용을 미리 이메일로 전달드렸음에도 불구하고, 계약 여부에 대한 확인 없이 보험 만기일 당일 “결제가 되지 않아 보험이 취소될 수 있다”는 안내 메일을 받았습니다. 이에 대해 문의하자, 제 이메일은 기억난다면서도 팔로업이 되지 않은 점에 대한 사과보다는 “일괄적으로 보내는 안내이며, 취소도 가능하다”는 설명만 받았습니다. 고객 입장에서 소통이 단절된 채 일방적인 메시지를 받는 것은 신뢰를 떨어뜨리는 경험??이었습니다. 앞으로는 고객과의 소통에 좀 더 책임감 있는 대응이 있기를 바랍니다.
당일날 연락드렸는데 시간 내주시고 생각보다 긴 출고 과정 기다려서 ICBC 보험 가입 도와주신 Jay 님 정말 감사드립니다! 늦은시간임에도 친절하게 하나하나 이해하기 쉽게 다 설명해주셔서 정말 좋은 경험이었어요! 첫 차량구매라 걱정이 많았는데 덕분에 무사히 보험가입후 차량을 받을수 있었습니다!
