In 2021 I contracted to purchase the Harbour model home through CC homes in Ave Maria.. Due to COVID and supply chain issues the home wasn't ready to close until until December 2022. No Problem, understandable. During my walk through I noticed the Stone work I paid $6000 for was not installed on the front of the home. When I questioned them they told me since I upgraded the home to a Casita (an apartment instead of a third garage) that they are not installing the stone out front.
