Spoke with the owners and their boss, ( Big Dog) in window. Great folks. I have an appointment coming up in November to have some work done on my 2009 Mercedes. I hope his work is as good as they are nice.
This place doesn't work on Volkswagen; cars that are manufactured in Wolfsburg, Germany. Quite literally, Volkswagen has the world's largest factory (70 million square feet) pressing out 3,800 vehicles a day. This place doesn't work on them. How is it named "German Motors"? Three stars given because the woman on the phone seemed highly annoyed that I would ask about fixing a Volkswagen. If you don't work on the most common German cars, change the name to EU Motors.
I took my Mercedes in for some repairs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. They took the time to diagnose the issue thoroughly and went above and beyond to track down a discontinued, hard-to-find part from overseas. The attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right was exceptional. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for top-quality service and expertise!
Highly recommend for your foreign needs.. got my s55 running again!! Amazing staff did whatever it takes and some.. honest folks told me what my problem was and future recommendation. Didn't try to sell me what I didn't need and straight to the point.. will definitely be coming back for my future needs
