Cc is very bad on getting back to you. I called into service but then they gave me to parts and they said they would call back 3 days later no call. This has happened again. All companies are about customer service but cc has a lot of work to get there.
Reached 3x out for quotes on machinery from compactors to dumper trucks. (2x email, one time in person). Never got an answer on my emails nor a call back from when I was there in person. Contact infos off their business cards they gave me. They seem not to want our business. Well, money spent elsewhere now (approx. $140,000)
Took some time but got the job done!
Johnny is the man, bought a Wacker dt08 track loader and a new plate compactor. Johnny gave me a great warranty aswell. Totally recommend to anyone buying new heavy duty equipment
