Dropped off machine for repairs, called several weeks later to see progress, told should be looked at in a day or two, called again several weeks later, still haven’t looked at, no idea when. It’s our main compactor we purchased off of them, not too happy!
Cc is very bad on getting back to you. I called into service but then they gave me to parts and they said they would call back 3 days later no call. This has happened again. All companies are about customer service but cc has a lot of work to get there.
Reached 3x out for quotes on machinery from compactors to dumper trucks. (2x email, one time in person). Never got an answer on my emails nor a call back from when I was there in person. Contact infos off their business cards they gave me. They seem not to want our business. Well, money spent elsewhere now (approx. $140,000)
