Stay with this company for a year and half . Finally ended up moving due to the landlord making racially comment, and even cussed me out . Gave them a two month notice that’ll I’ll be moving . Moved out before the moving date I gave . They charged me additional rent and clean up fee . Left the house cleaning and also took pictures .
I have been leasing with C&C for 2 and a half years now. I just moved to a new property still with the same company, and Kenny made sure I was moved to my new place within a week, made sure everything was right for me and it was the smoothest move I’ve ever had honestly. He is very polite and attentive to my needs as a tenant. I don’t plan on switching landlords any time soon I am pleased with the company. Very flexible.
This apartment is the dump. The landlord is a crack
