I have been leasing with C&C for 2 and a half years now. I just moved to a new property still with the same company, and Kenny made sure I was moved to my new place within a week, made sure everything was right for me and it was the smoothest move I’ve ever had honestly. He is very polite and attentive to my needs as a tenant. I don’t plan on switching landlords any time soon I am pleased with the company. Very flexible.
This apartment is the dump. The landlord is a crack
Slum Lord. The owner will curse you out, insult you, call you out your name, threaten to evict you over nothing. His properties are poorly repaired so everything falls apart then he will try to charge you for it. Worst experience I have ever had in my life from a landlord. 0/10 I do not recommend.
