My experience with C&C Carpet was AMAZING! I found them on FB and so glad I gave them a try. Travis is so professional & personable. There are no hidden fees, and everything is explained upfront. We had our master bedroom carpet stretched, and I never knew it would be reasonably priced. We had three rooms cleaned and one carpet stretched, and the pricing and results were great! After seeing the great job Jayden, from C&C Carpet Cleaning handled at my daughter’s townhome, I was looking forward to getting on the schedule for my own home. It was so nice to see Jayden again, who contacted me about 40 mins ahead to say when he’d be here. He cleaned 2 very large area rugs & 2 8’ sofas for us. As they’re in the process of drying, everything is looking bright, clean & fresh! I’ve been so impressed w/C&C & appreciate they are a family owned & operated business. Excellent quality!
Jayden kept us informed when he would be here and was punctual. He was very polite, courteous and professional and most of all it was fast and the carpet looks amazing. Will definitely recommend C&C Carpet Care to others in need of this service.
Travis arrived on time, he was very professional, and well mannered. He asked to show him the Area of repair and asked for the donor carpet was located. Travis took his time with the repair as it was 3 different spots. He stated the carpet could be vacuumed today however he suggested to wait a day or two. Great carpet technician.
Always 5 stars when C&C comes out!! Thank you for cleaning all the doggy dander and hair from our couch!!
