Charlotte was so helpful and found the perfect dress for me
If I could give zero stars I would! I put a $75 down payment on a wedding dress from here for my sister and the lady who owns the shop sold it out from under us. We went to pay the dress off and she told us she sold it because she thought we couldn't afford it! I then asked if we could just have the $75 back and she said she would not refund our down payment for the dress that we now can't find anywhere. DO NOT use this place!
I would not suggest this seamstress. I have no doubt that in her hayday she was good but I think it's time to retire. She had my dress for a little over a month, kept it until the day of my wedding, hours before my rehearsal and did no alterations. She sewed a belt in, crooked. The shoulder were too wide and the bust was huge!(that's how my dress came and she was supposed to take it in, in the bust area.) I called 2 weeks prior to check on progress and she eventually found my dress lying on the floor. We did no fittings afte... read more
