By far, my favorite beautysupply store EVER! They have the nicest staff in existence, and they always greet me with the smile. They have all your beauty supplies store needs.
As a Black woman, I left this store feeling racially profiled and humiliated. Employees followed me around the store and took the items I was shopping for to the front instead of simply offering me a basket. I was treated with suspicion from the moment I walked in, and it was clear I wasn’t being treated like other customers. This was degrading, unacceptable, and by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will never return.
