Not sure if the lady was Chinese , Asian or Japanese but she was EXTREMELY RUDE. Deals were pretty good but because of the way she decided to treat me i decided to keep my hard earn money. My son is 5 and he immediately said “mommy she’s mean” Please do better . God bless them !!

the customer service sucks. waited for a while to get checked out. standing there with my stuff on the counter, cashier is standing outside the door w her friend hehe haha’ing, doing whatever it is they’re doing. she finally rang my stuff up, put it in the bag and walked back outside w her friend before i even swiped my card. like what? lol. she came back in to give me my bag, i grabbed my stuff and just left. literally the other beauty supply store off of Woodlands Hill Dr next to Greens are way more professional. ridiculou... read more

-1. Purchased an item that was unknowingly cracked and attempted to exchange WITH the receipt on the following day. I was told the item was final sale although I unknowingly purchased the bottle cracked. I was told “well we dont know if you purchased it or broke it.” Why would anyone purchase something broken and attempt to exchange for the same item. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store over the last 7-8 years.
