They have a GREAT selection. But baby, at 8:30 exactly, she shut all lights off while you are in the store. The young ladies in there talk loud, they conversations be messy, and it sends bad vibes
Rude customer service and high prices
-1. Purchased an item that was unknowingly cracked and attempted to exchange WITH the receipt on the following day. I was told the item was final sale although I purchased broken. I was told “well we dont know if you purchased it broke”. Why would anyone purchase something broken and attempt to exchange for the same item. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store over the last 7-8 years. Its a shame these stores treat black women as if they are liars and thieves.
