This review is way overdue. I’ve been going to C & C for years and it is always a pleasure. They are professional, courteous, and honest. Several times, today included, I was expecting a major repair but was pleasantly surprised when C & C informed me it was only a small problem (despite what AAA thought). And service is always prompt. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
Can't in good conscience recommend this shop. They completely screwed me over big time. I got a car from a local dealer that serviced their cars here. They said everything was all good and checked over at the dealer. Issues started to arise with the car and I brought it to C&C to have things looked over and checked. They completely missed how the oil filter housing was cracked and all the oil was leaking out and burning off when the engine was running. It smelled funky when the car was running. The best of the best. George, Norman and the team always treating me like family and always do the best work. These guys are well over experienced and no matter how big or small the job is they do it perfect. I wish i could leave more than 5 stars.
As a young woman, taking my car into any mechanic shop is always nerve wrecking but thankfully I’ve never felt like this here! They’re always honest & explain what work needs to be done on my vehicle, without making things overly complicated. I always have a great experience taking my car to George & Norman. The best in the area!!
