I am so excited to have finally found a skilled, honest, personable, fair, and timely mechanic on island!!! I took my car in for an oil change, they did a tire rotation, and now my car is swerving violently from side to side. The mechanic is now telling me I need new tires. My car didn't do this before; I started noticing it as soon as I left the place. Bad service.
I have been bringing my humble little Yaris here for the past couple of months now and everytime it has been a great experience. Char, Raul, Chuck, and the other technicians are all very kind and friendly, always willing to answer questions or show you more details about the work being done to your car. They are very knowledgeable and I feel my car is safe with them. Chuck and the team at C&C Auto and Marine are truly amazing. Honest, reliable mechanics are hard to find anywhere…but especially here in Kauai. I have had problems with my Jeep that even the dealership couldn’t fix. Chuck and the team have made a life long customer out of me and will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else.
