Car suddenly started running really rough. The young lady working there diagnosed it, was unable to fix it due to needed parts and it being Friday, but gave me the confidence to drive it back to Seattle. Thanks!
My sprinter van busted a heater hose fitting while driving to Leavenworth & we were stuck on the side of the road in Goldendale. Craig was willing to come to us to check it out even though it was the end of the day. SIMCOE was able to tow us to C&C just in time. Craig quickly assessed the problem got the parts & started working. The fitting was too small so he quickly got another option and fixed the hoses. I have now taken 2 vehicles to Craig and had a great experience both times. Most recently I took in my Subaru Forester in for some front end/steering issues and exhaust concerns. Craig noted a cracked catalytic converter and called the local Subaru dealership to confirm parts. While talking to their parts manager it was discovered this repair could be covered under a Subaru extended warranty. I had no idea the warranty existed. Craig really helped me out when I was having a major issue while in town hunting. Took time out of his busy day to help diagnose my truck. He and his helper were both extremely friendly and helpful.
We broke down one mile from Goldendale. I called Craig out of the blue to ask if he worked on diesels, he said yes and to bring it in. We were towing a travel trailer and because we had no vehicle, he took us to the hotel with his own car. He went right to work to see what was wrong and the news was very bad. He was so great, honest and fair. We felt so fortunate to have called him and he took really good care of us! We left with no pickup, had to salvage, but that didn't have anything to do with him!
