I took my kids camping and when we folded the seats down, the seat belt got stuck and I couldn't get my seat back up. I stoped in to see if this shop could help (after a short and unhelpful response from the local Ford dealership shop, "We don't work on seat belts!"). The owner at C&C stoped his work to come and take my seat belt apart so that I could safely have both my young kids in the back seat. Another 5 Star Plus to Craig at C&C Auto in Goldendale, Washington. The Alternator on our 4Runner had given up as we were heading to central Oregon and the vehicle had died beside Simcoe Insurance. The courteous staff there gave us C&C's phone number and despite being quitting time, Craig came out and managed to get the vehicle to his shop where he stayed late to exchange the alternator so we could get back on the road. Not many people are willing to do that, we so appreciated it Craig. Thank you.

5 star and then some! Craig went above and beyond and helped me out in a tight spot. My water pump went out 30 mins north of Goldendale and 6 hours from home. I called a few places and was told it would be 5 days until my car could get fixed. Craig made it happen the same day. I am beyond grateful for his professionalism and speed of work. Thank you so much!
Car suddenly started running really rough. The young lady working there diagnosed it, was unable to fix it due to needed parts and it being Friday, but gave me the confidence to drive it back to Seattle. Thanks!
