5 star and then some! Craig went above and beyond and helped me out in a tight spot. My water pump went out 30 mins north of Goldendale and 6 hours from home. I called a few places and was told it would be 5 days until my car could get fixed. Craig made it happen the same day. I am beyond grateful for his professionalism and speed of work. Thank you so much!
Car suddenly started running really rough. The young lady working there diagnosed it, was unable to fix it due to needed parts and it being Friday, but gave me the confidence to drive it back to Seattle. Thanks!
My sprinter van busted a heater hose fitting while driving to Leavenworth & we were stuck on the side of the road in Goldendale. Craig was willing to come to us to check it out even though it was the end of the day. SIMCOE was able to tow us to C&C just in time. Craig quickly assessed the problem got the parts & started working. The fitting was too small so he quickly got another option and fixed the hoses. I have now taken 2 vehicles to Craig and had a great experience both times. Most recently I took in my Subaru Forester in for some front end/steering issues and exhaust concerns. Craig noted a cracked catalytic converter and called the local Subaru dealership to confirm parts. While talking to their parts manager it was discovered this repair could be covered under a Subaru extended warranty. I had no idea the warranty existed.
