Craig really helped me out when I was having a major issue while in town hunting. Took time out of his busy day to help diagnose my truck. He and his helper were both extremely friendly and helpful.
We broke down one mile from Goldendale. I called Craig out of the blue to ask if he worked on diesels, he said yes and to bring it in. We were towing a travel trailer and because we had no vehicle, he took us to the hotel with his own car. He went right to work to see what was wrong and the news was very bad. He was so great, honest and fair. We felt so fortunate to have called him and he took really good care of us! We left with no pickup, had to salvage, but that didn't have anything to do with him!
