Excellent Service! Professional, on-time, and thorough. He worked around our work schedule. He stayed on the job even when the manufacturer could not find the solution.
Great Service – Charles is fabulous!! I called another repairman that was closer to my house originally which resulted in me being without a refrigerator for four weeks. Charles came out once and told me the part he was trying to replace was not the issue. He ordered the part and fixed my refigerator on the next visit. He was prompt and even replaced a little part that was going out at not cost. I would highly recommend him especially for LG appliances!
