Joel took a deposit of $22,800 June of 2022. Showed up and removed our old pool March 3, 2023. He would show up for two or three hours with a promise to return. We got nothing but excuses and no real accomplishments done. As of April 14,2023 he no longer communicates at all and we have a huge mess where are old pool was. We are now contacting an attorney.
We hired another company to install our pool. They came out and dug a hole, leaving a mess in our backyard. We rescheduled for the installation, just for them to not call or show up. This happened twice. C & C was able to come out and clean up the mess left behind by the other company as well as install our pool in a very timely and professional manner. I wish we had used this company to begin with! Don't waste your time or money with anyone else!
They don't answer phone calls, don't return emails or text messages so your basically on your own once they get your money.
Based on the ratings, we were really excited about getting C&C to do our liner change. After speaking and texting with Joel several times in April, and having our appointment lined up (cancelled by weather), Joel has gone incommunicado. Today is May 15th 2021, and the last we heard from Joel (after multiple calls and texts reaching out to him) was April 30th. I am a property manager and I had a tenant, against the lease, install an above ground pool. I called and called for some professional advice on how to drain, dismantle and remove this pool from the property. I stopped into some pool places and was given referrals and no one would call me back. So I googled and Joel was quick to answer and quick to respond.
