disappointed landlord Their attempts to collect debts on unpaid rents is mediocre at best. They never follow up with me for a status report and as far as I can tell beyond sending 1-2 letters and placing the debt on somebodys credit report they don't actually DO anything to collect - like it will just magically happen by itself!! Will not be using them for collections against tenants any longer. Better to do the work yourself and complete a writ of execution on your own and take it through sheriff sale of the big screen tv a... read more
