This morning at about 715 one of this company's truckers hit me and took off, I called and spoke with a gentleman named mark who immediately was protective over his what seems to be an employee but i will not support a company who can't take accountability or even has drivers that at last minute decided to go to the maverick cut me off and damage the back end of my fender, and left a tire mark all over my car. We had Hail damage to our roof and house during a storm. Dylan from CBX knocked on our door and I'm so glad he did we couldn't have gone through this process alone! CBX was a huge help while dealing with our insurance company during our claim. Only part of our claim was approved through insurance originally, CBX replaced our roof to protect our house, while we were fighting with insurance to cover the rest of the house damage. Thank you so much to Phil Wichman and company for a quality insurance claim roof replacement! We had hail damage to our roof in the summer of 2024, and we were connected with Phil/CBX through a mutual friend. After these storms there were many predatory contractors from out of town going door to door in our area(Moab, UT) and pressuring people into signing contracts. Job was done fast looks great only problem they promise to take care of insurance policy and payments then when done letting you figure out the rest good luck trying to get them to answer your call
I have never been more pleased with a company. The people who did my roof prior was not very good and did a poor job. CBX put a new roof on after a hail storm wrecked it. The chimneys are now wrapped properly with no leaks. It looks 100 times better than before. My neighbors are commenting on how wonderful and how much better it looks. But not just that company was fast and efficient and detailed.
