We had Chad do a demo & remodel on our bathroom. His quote was very reasonable. He is dependable and hard worker! Did a professional job. I would call Chad again for sure!!

Chad has done a few projects for us (finishing a basement room, creating a mudroom, and building a gorgeous detached patio with a fire pit and bar and gazebo) and we have been very happy with the results. He provides high quality construction and genuinely cares about the outcome of his projects. We will definitely be using him again:)
Chad has done 2 jobs for me, each one was superbly done, Within budget, He Tells you the steps he has to do, He has done a complete kitchen, Tile, countertops, cabinets, lights, sink, dishwasher, moved stove connections and also did wife's bathroom removed tub and put in a shower, tile, moved drain, glass enclosure, vanity. GREAT JOB. I would enclose pictures but I'm not good at this computer stuff.
Chad does fantastic work. He is very competitive with bids, very timely with great communication. The finish work is superb.
