Very simple and quick process. Booked an appointment and easily found the store. Ben helped us select a mattress--was not pushy and was very helpful. He gave us free delivery and haul away (and threw in a free pillow, too!), and when we had a question after leaving the store later that day, he called us back shortly. For delivery/set up, he communicated very well with the time and date, updating when necessary. 2024: Ben, the owner, is so awesome to work with. He responds immediately, is friendly, and genuinely wants you to get a great mattress at an affordable price. I went to Mattress Firm, Sleep Outfitters, and Original Mattress Factory. My last stop was CBUS Mattress. Save yourself the run around and call Ben first! Current day: Needed a Mattress. The reason CBUS Mattress and Ben have such high ratings and good reviews is because they're well deserved. I never thought buying a mattress would be a pleasant, bespoke experience, but here we are. Ben listened carefully and worked hard to identify a mattress that was right for us. And even when there was a slight snafu during delivery, he worked quick and hard to make things right. Would recommend!
