Won’t buy a mattress anywhere else in Columbus. We stumbled upon CBUS mattress and Ben was incredibly knowledgeable, relatable and not pushy at all. He made the process so easy. Delivery was a breeze. Don’t look anywhere else. Can’t beat the price and experience!
Highly recommend! It was nice to have a one on one private appointment with the owner. Ben spent a long time with us and even gave us quiet time with soothing music to relax and enjoy the process of selecting a mattress. Ben kept in contact as to delivery arrival time and the delivery was flawless.
Ben is the founder and main person you will deal with from start to finish and he does everything he can to make this as painless, easy, and accommodating as he can. He even offered to haul away our old mattress and build our new bed frame for us.
Amazing Experience from Start to Finish The buying experience at CBUS Mattress was completely pressure-free — I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. The beds are excellent quality, and the frames (especially the adjustable ones) are fantastic. Prices are extremely competitive, and the delivery team was outstanding — total professionalism from start to finish. Highly recommend!
If you need a mattress this is the place to go! In his showroom, there are just enough options for you to not be overwhelmed but still have multiple options and styles to choose from. He made us very comfortable and gave us time to find the perfect bed for our sleeping style. Prices were almost half of what you'd find online and delivery costs were insanely cheap. He even took away our old bed too! Extremely stress free experience and would recommend to anyone looking for their next bed.
