Highly recommend psychologist Adrian Ashton. Ripping fella who will go above and beyond for his patients
Avoid unless you want - your first appointment cancelled because they put the wrong phone number into their system (it was on the referral they had they just typed it wrong) and they sent messages to the wrong number - a desperately needed appointment cancelled 48 hours before while you're in hospital without your phone and couldn't confirm the appointment 3 days in advance (supposed to have up until 24 hours before appointment time)
I like my telehealth appointments at CBT Professionals Nerang. My psychologist Adrian Ashton who is a very kind hearted, caring and in a comfortable supportive environment, with a very friendly reception. They are really busy, professional and help me with NDIS support letters, heal my issues with my psychosis, schitzophrenia and bipolar. Haven’t even had my first appointment yet, but so far a negative experience. Appointments were booked in Nerang (an area I am unfamiliar with) after requesting Coomera cause it’s where I live. Tried calling throughout the week to confirm my appointment and left voicemails with my mobile number with no one returning my call. Finally got through to someone yesterday to confirm that my appointment was at 11.30 but it was in Nerang.
