I've worked with Theresa Anderson twice now - once on a purchase and once on a re-finance - and both times were incredibly positive experiences. We have refinanced twice now with John Draper and couldn’t be happier! He made the VA IRRRL as simple as could be. He did a wonderful job of explaining all the details and got us amazing rates each time! I have been happy to refer others to him, all of whom have been satisfied! I cannot recommend John enough! Absolutely horrible. I have been getting mortgages for the last 20 years-never missed a payment. My credit score is 825 and yet they treated me like a criminal. The amount of paperwork and “needed” documents like hoa statements on another house was ridiculous. Will never attempt to use them again. (Scott was nice-it was not his fault)
