We engaged CBT Developments to add a second floor to our home. We found Chris and his team of subcontractors to be professional, experienced and approachable. As with any renovation of an existing property, there are building issues that are not anticipated. When these occurred, Chris walked us through the options available and worked with us to resolve these to the satisfaction of all parties. Chris and team were awesome. Chris was responsive and transparent from start to finish. We had a complex renovation complicated by strata delays but Chris worked with us to work around each huddle. The renovation was stunning with excellent attention to detail. As renovation novices Chris really helped us through the process, giving us heads up ahead of time of decisions that needed to be made. We have been told we now have the best apartment in the block. Looking forward to being able to do another renovation with Chris and... read more

CBT Developments constructed a concrete entertainment slab and retaining wall to my rear and front yards. They are very professional and take great care in their work. The workers were very quick and tidy with their work and they were also very good value for money. I needed this work done in a very short time (2 weeks) for my sons 21st birthday and they delivered a very good product on time and on very short notice. I highly recommend CBT Developments for all your building needs.
