Appalling service from a psychologist named Anna Torres who speaks Spanish, calling a client "Bruta" and "loca" during a session is simply unprofessional. People seek help to have a better quality of life not to be insulted. Disappointing service.
Laura has been working with my teenage daughter for a little while now and I could not be more impressed with her professionalism and work to date. The office staff are friendly, understanding and really nice. I would highly recommend CBT Australia
