Had a future tenants confirmation number and couldn't even be told if that was paid. You need to get with the 21st century, information needs to be known now not 24 to 48 hours later.
My husband and I called repeatedly for that. They will help you and explain to us but what they did was hang up the call, they even told my husband ridiculous and that is disrespectful because they are playing with our credit Supervisor Trisha hung up the call as well and Tammy disrespected us in several occasions
Call and call to make my payments but NEVER get an answer. How do you expect me to pay on time when you can never pick up the phone? Poor quality and service.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service; never sent itemized bill requested 3 months in advance - staff refused to let me speak with someone else.
