CBS Solar certainly earned their money on my job. My township reversed course on their approval of our original design, discovering an obscure ordinance they'd previously overlooked. This required a re-design of the project. This fact plus the hours and hours required to seek regulatory approval from the utility provider makes me marvel at their capacity for just plowing ahead efficiently with what needs to be done on the approval side.
