I asked for help and she told me she isn’t helping me, she is giving me a refund and I must go elsewhere. I ordered a drf print which you can do and only after purchase does it say machine is broken. I sent the right file which she replied to on email to say it was good then tells me I didn’t send it, and I asked to tell me what sizes I can use in the sheet and she told me I’m not doing this or helping you you need to do it

Every order is perfect! Most recently I purchased some eco solvent vinyl and are so happy with my order. I also got to use the gang sheet generator which was very easy to use. Mandy is wonderful and so helpful answering all my questions. Highly recommend Cb and their team.
