Founded on October 4, 1983, CBS Parts Ltd was originally known as Canadian Brake Supply and began its business rebuilding brake shoes in a 3,000 sq ft warehouse. Eventually, the business expanded to Delta, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Kamloops and Prince George and changed its name to CBS Parts to better reflect the wide range of products being supplied. In 2004, the head office was relocated to a 32,000 sq ft building in Surrey. True to its origins, CBS is still rebuilding brake shoes today.
