As a Lawnmowing contractor these guys are by far the worst dealers and mower shop i have ever dealt with. Horrible service with a condescending attitude. I first went in to them to see if they could work on a zero turn I bought. After charging me over $400 for the service it still had problems. When I did a belt on it they claimed they didn't make those belts anymore but when I took it to another mower shop in port Macquarie they told me the belts were readily available and they fixed the machine easily. I was halfway through diagnosing my husqvarna whipper snipper when the pull start cord snapped and thought I better get a spark plug while I'm at it. Grabbed new parts from cbs for an exceptional price. Fitted the new parts and continued diagnostics on my w/s. Did everything I could I think of and had it to a point of running properly but it still wasn't quite right.
