The person at the counter was very nice and welcoming but the place is a bit run down. Really small selection. Based on other reviews I was optimistic to find true salon products (Oribe, Davines, etc.) but most of what I found I could pick up at TJ Maxx or CVS.

I bought a box dye which turned my hair red. Stopped in CBS Beauty Supply spoke to Caroline she new exactly how to fix my mistake. Thanks Caroline I love my new hair color!!
