Highly recommended! My car’s stereo unit broke, and the team was quick to diagnose the issue and order a replacement. However, the new install caused a mismatch with the car’s onboard computer, which triggered the engine management light. They then spent an additional eight hours of labor -- entirely free of charge -- to find a solution. The team at CBS Automotive is great! They're super friendly and very very knowledgeable. A couple of years ago, they did a great job fitting rear parking sensors to my Mini Clubman, and this week they fixed a very difficult problem with the media unit on my Mini Seven. The engineers Carl and Rob completely fixed the problem and the car is good as new.
