They do not like to pay contractors on time
This is the worst property management group i have ever delt with. They never answer the phones, Amy and her staff are the worst at customer service. We pay around 400 dollars a month in upkeep cost just to have the outside property look horrible all year around. We had our breaker go out and they blamed the 100 degree heat inside our store on us for failure to maintain ac unit. However due to the breaker not working the AC wouldn't run. If you’re a sub contractor or even trying to become one DO NOT MESS with this company or any of their “property managers” you complete the job and absolutely no communication when they receive the invoice and payments you have to chase down through multiple people passing the blame around amongst themselves while you wait on your money. Find another property management company.
