BEWARE DO NOT USE CBRE!! I have never seen a more unprofessional company do an appraisal. First our company had the worst appraiser from CBRE, Mark D. Raddatz that couldn't make his appointment, and had to reschedule and could care less of causing a big inconvenience for our company. The day of the appraisal he spends no more than 10 min walking around and taking a few photos in the dark and ask inappropriate questions.
