Wanted to view a space for scaling into Nashville and purchased a plane ticket to visit after Frank T. Said I would be able to see space in a particular time window and then ‘handed me off’ to ‘Grace’. Grace returned call 30 hours later saying the the 2 days in town were no good ‘for her’ and I’d need to reschedule. Inquired about a space in Bellevue. No response. Called Nashville office and the receptionist seemed annoyed I was inquiring about a property. She did check and said she saw no listings so they must be under lease. Yet lease signs everywhere at the property. Commercial real estate must be good in Nashville.
