My husband and I have been members for several years now. I appreciate the excellent staff--people like Colby at the front desk who remember my name, to all the instructors I've met who are not only competent but friendly and encouraging, to the housekeeping staff who keep everything spotlessly clean and are so conscientious, as well as the maintenance staff who keep everything in great condition. I was a loyal member of CBRC for over a decade starting with swimming lessons from the now GM Cole Willis. In 2022 I was the victim of an assault and battery in the weight room of CBRC. When showed the video during a private meeting, Cole Willis said “being a jerk doesn’t get you banned from the gym”. I was shocked as I had known him for so long and how he showed a blatant lack of interest in ensuring the safety of his members. The building may be nice but other than that the people who run it are terrible and unprofessional. I don’t recommend!!! your off better spending your money on a planet fitness membership.
