Called to sign up with a year membership.the lady said nobody there was able to talk to me cause it’s the weekend and she couldn’t give me a exact price for monthly membership..that’s a red flag..won’t be going there…
Employees are so awesome. They know all the members by name before you even scan your tag they say your name and welcome you. The child care is great. Up to three hours per day is awesome. The pelican bay water park is great for the summer, and the gym itself is everything you need. How anyone gives this less than a 5 star rating is beyond me.
Very limited times you can actually lap swim. And even when it is posted for lap swim, often swim team takes up the majority of the lanes or life guards allow kids into the lanes, creating dangerous situation for the lap swimmers. Consistently see kids under 12 “using” gym equipment unsupervised. Honestly, if you want a gym where you can workout, unless you’re playing tennis or racquet ball, this probably is not the place for you. Gym is clean and providing towels is nice.
The (female) membership sales rep that I talked to on 1/22/25 at 2:07pm on the phone was so rude when I was just calling to confirm that they kick out people over the age of 60 between the hours of 4pm-8pm.
I absolutely love this place. It’s the perfect club in my opinion. Always clean, staff are over the top friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you belong to something special. Yes things break, but there’s always backups and things are repaired in a timely manner.
