I have to say that the concierge, Mrs. Frida, at the Sherwood Apartments, is simply one of, if not the BEST concierge ever. She always presents you with a beautiful smile and a charming personality. Above all, I love how she keeps the incoming packages so organized that you never have to worry about anything getting lost or misplaced.
