I was incorrectly billed in January, as the notice mentioned I was an uninsured patient. I had provided my insurance card at the time of my appointment, and I overlooked this phrase so I paid the full amount. I overpaid on March 9th by over $450. I called the number on the bill on March 15th and provided my insurance information to re-submit the claim. I went here recently for needle biopsies. The staff were very nice. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. The procedure itself was VERY easy (the ice compress right before was probably more uncomfortable than the actual procedure). They even checked the slides in microscopes before wrapping up to make sure the samples were good. Would definitely go here again if needed.

Dr. McLeod was very reassuring and made the procedure as easy as possible. She explained each step thoroughly, both before and during the procedure so I knew what to expect.

Excellent experience at Dr. McLeod’s office earlier this month. The doctor took the time to explain, reassure and made the visit less stressful. I was accompanying the patient and was pleased with Dr. McLeod’s caring disposition.
