I was incorrectly billed in January, as the notice mentioned I was an uninsured patient. I had provided my insurance card at the time of my appointment, and I overlooked this phrase so I paid the full amount. I overpaid on March 9th by over $450. I called the number on the bill on March 15th and provided my insurance information to re-submit the claim. I went here recently for needle biopsies. The staff were very nice. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. The procedure itself was VERY easy (the ice compress right before was probably more uncomfortable than the actual procedure). They even checked the slides in microscopes before wrapping up to make sure the samples were good. Would definitely go here again if needed.

Dr. McLeod was very reassuring and made the procedure as easy as possible. She explained each step thoroughly, both before and during the procedure so I knew what to expect.

My visit was a disaster! The office staff is incompetent and unorganized. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have a second FNA done and informed the office staff of this when scheduling. I drove about an hour to get to the appointment only to find out that "they don't do that." Why was this not communicated prior to the appointment is beyond me. The doctor was kind enough to offer to request results from the previous sample that was taken to provide a second opinion. However, getting the results has been a nightma... read more
