I almost feel bad giving this review. Don is great he was super nice and provided a lot of knowledge for someone that was a first time home buyer. However, he gave up. The minute my boyfriend and I weren't instantly approved, I didn't get a response back and the whole demeanor of our conversations changed. We were looking at buying back in July and we closed on a house in August. I would have prefered to use CBM but I am thankful another mortgage company got us in and approved with fairly no issues.
