Only if i could give minus star rubbish customer service old guy there should learn how to talk to people without bias. Iam a customer i can ask the same queation as many time as i like until iam satisfied. You ask to leave the laptop and pay 150$. And lets says after 2 or 3 days you say i cann not fix it then what are we supposed to do. You have nearly half a page of terms and condition that customer needs to sign.
