CBLS takes care of my neighbor's lawn. On June 27, 2013 CBLS came onto my property and over an area 6 ft. wide and 27 ft. long trimmed back six (6) of my Areca palm trees. CBLS never asked for permission and I never gave permission. My neighbor was very apologetic, but not Bud--who spoke for CBLS.

I hired Bud to landscape my yard after building a new home. Most of the plants he put in I had to replace because they died. The three hibiscus trees he planted died and when I dug them up the roots were wrapped around themselves. They also had mold on the trunks. Gardinias both died within three months. The overall landscape design and quality of plants was poor. He didn't use any fertilizer or soil. Everything was just thrown in the sand. His fee was not inexpensive.
