Very disappointed with this gym. I cancelled my membership but they have continued to debit money from my account anyway. It’s extremely frustrating to have to chase them up over something that should have been handled properly the first time. Poor customer service and very unprofessional handling of memberships and billing. If you’re considering joining, be aware that cancelling may not actually stop them from taking payments. I attend this gym semi-regularly and have been a member for several years. As of late in summer it has been so unbearably hot that it’s impossible to go during the day, so much so you sweat while standing still and some days it’s hotter in the gym than outside. The issue has been raised multiple times, and the aircon still not fixed. Other than that, the gym good value for money, but the aircon is a SIGNIFICANT drawback.

PLEASE FIX THE AIRCON!! Two units have been broken for months. The gym has been SO HOT. Not fair; we raised it, asking nicely if they could please be repaired/replaced. It has been 27 degrees (we measured it) in the gym. Thats not right. Please would you fix it
