Good facilities and a nice new coffee shop. However, the gym falls seriously short when it comes to cleanliness. The paper towels often run out, and the disinfectant spray is so diluted that it’s more like water. The swimming pool is another area that needs attention. The water isn’t clear, and there is often a bad smell coming from the toilets/showers. We go to the gym to stay healthy, not to get sick. I ask for cancellation. But they still unauthorised charges from your bank account without telling me. Unsatisfied. I feel like being betrayed. I was happy to be a membership for 2 years . But if you decide to leave, they would stop you and charge you. Unhappy
