I called to try and get in touch with my friend because he texted me saying he was there and to call. And these people on the phone were so rude. Get better customer service!!! I could do a better job than that and I have worked in customer service for years. I’m not happy and want to make sure my friend is okay.

CBI is a good place. While some of the workers and staff arent the best (just like everywhere eld) they still are a valuable resource for those in recovery.

I was referred to, and subsequently was sent to CBI (Community Bridges) under the impression that this was a mental health crisis center. I was going through a severe mental health episode partially caused by having missed almost a weeks worth of medications due to lack of funding and a missed diagnosis that had been left untreated. CBI IS A PLACE OF DISASTER AND TERRIBLE PEOPLE, FROM EMPLOYEES TO UPPER MANAGEMENT AND EVERY DEPARTMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, CLINICAL OPERATIONS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MINEY AND COVERING THERE OWN ASSESS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE WORKERS OR THE CLIENTS, ONLY MONEY AND THERE FRIENDS
