CBI Covert Front Bumper and air dam delete module. Bumper arrived in short order. Had to wait a long time for the delete module. Worth it though. Top quality material and workmanship.Well thought out design.
Zero for customer service . Absolutely the worst company to deal with . I would look at other products , as your dealing with a company that just pushes out product, and if there is any issues your on your own .
Horrendous company and customer service. Placed my order in late 2020. After 5 months, not one update. Had to call, email, and finally make a social media post before getting a response. Was then led on by Kenny that my order would ship asap, which of course it didn't. Took over six months and a lot of complaining to get a product with a 3 month lead time. What a debacle! Worst experience ever ordering anything. Almost 90 days later no bed rack. Blah, blah, blah. One excuse after another. The sales staff and whatever they call a production line are a joke. They are more than happy to take an order but. Can not deliver the goods. Forget about updates and communication, worst ever. Ordered a new front bumper with full hoops for a 2019 4Runner. They gave me a date three months out. I called a day before the delivery date to ensure the bumper would be ready for pickup since I was driving 4hrs to retrieve it. After two calls, they finally admitted they had not began fabrication of the bumper and it would be another 4 weeks minimum. What a pleasant surprise this was. My slightly lifted 2012 27K Mi jeep developed death wobble. The local Jeep dealer's parts guy suggested I take it to CBI for repair. Kenny came right out and climbed under it and found the most likely cause of the problem. They worked me into an already full schedule in a VERY reasonable amount of time. He ordered the part and when he put it in he found that another issue that was they fixed and solved my problem.
